The OFFICIAL record label was created by LETHAL ONE from Los Angeles, California USA. The record label was created to be able to show you that big bad Los Angeles isnt just about putting out Gangster Rap and commercial shit that entitled sons of bitches like Barbie and Ken are bumping to.
The seed for starting the record label got planted way back in the mid 90's when LETHAL ONE was just a young broke ass raver who was barely beginning to get into djing. It took years for the idea of a record label to come to life, mainly due to financial reasons and also because of the collapse of the record industry. After years went through, you started seeing a resurgence in vinyl sales. Obviously nothing like before, but something noticeable. So... After finally being able to afford to start a record label and also giving zero fucks about the financial risk, LETHAL ONE said fuck it, let's run this shit! When the record label came to life it went kicking hard right away! After the first release, the label did great at the record stores with records flying off the shelves left and right! It was so successful that after the 001 release came out, multiple releases continued to come out back to back. Throughout all those amazing years of back to back releases, many top artist jumped on board to support and were featured on the Official record label.
